    Yes, you will! An order confirmation with order summary will be sent to you via Email right after you have placed your order with a successful transaction.
  3. How do I cancel my order?
    Placed an order but change your mind? No worries! You can cancel your order with no additional charge if there is no any payment captured and confirmation email received. Refund will be made to the same method of payment as the original payment. Unfortunately, once your order has been submitted successfully and you have received an email confirming your order delivery, no further changes can be made. We advise that you carefully review and modify your order before payment submission.
  4. I have ordered and confirmed payment lecio. What should I do next?
    Well, you are all caught up! All that is left to do now is wait for your parcel to arrive at your doorstep.
  5. How to check and monitor delivery status?
    After shipping, you will receive a call from us. You can contact us at 03-58873151 to check the delivery status.

Online Payment

  1. What payment options do you have?
    We currently accept payment via MasterCard and Visa Credit or Debit Card issued by localMalaysian banks only. We also accept online payments via Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, AmOnline, HSBC, AmBank, iRakyat, Bank Muamalat, UOB, Standard Chartered, OCBC, KFH Online, Affin Bank and MEPS/FPX (All banks including RHB and Bank Islam).
  2. How do I know if my payment is successful?
    Upon payment success, you will receive an on-screen prompt to inform you that the payment has been received. At the same time, you will also receive an invoice from lecio via email.
  3. Why was my payment rejected?
    There are various reasons why your payment may have been rejected. Have a look at the following steps to see if any applies:

    • Credit Card
      Check with your bank to ensure there are funds available to pay for your order. Note: Only credit cards issued by local Malaysian banks are accepted.
    • Online Banking
      Ensure that you have registered an online banking account with your local bank. Ensure you have disabled your browser pop-up blocker in order to complete the payment window.

Delivery Enquiries

  1. How much is the delivery charge?
    You can check the shipping fees upon check out. Our shipping fees will be charge base on your delivery address. However, this delivery charge will be waived if you meet the requirement of our FREE DELIVERY promotion (certain period of time).
  2. What Delivery Service does lecio use?
    We use 3rd party lorry service to deliver within KL & Klang Valley area (as at current moment). Please contact us if you are unable to locate your shipping destination at the checkout page. We will confirm shipment details as soon as possible.
  3. When will my order ship?
    Our products usually arranged to delivery within 3-5 BUSINESS days (does not include weekends or holidays)! However, if we have some crazy promotion or a new launch, it could take a bit longer so be patient my dear! You will receive our call upon the arrangement.
  4. How about the arrangement of self-pick-up?
    In the event that you would like to self-collect your order from our warehouse, please select the shipping option at “self-pick-up” and we will contact you. Spare us least 3 working days in advance for us to prepare your order. If you fail to collect your order within 30 Days from the pre-scheduled collection date, your order will be cancelled without refunds.Totals Outdoor Furniture Sdn Bhd will not be responsible for orders signed for by someone other than the designated recipient.
