How do I return or exchange damaged item?
We advise our customers to inspect the furniture carefully for damages before sign the delivery order. In such case, it is mandatory to point out to the delivery man the damage so that he can make a note on the delivery chit. Though rare, there is a possibility of manufacturing defects or even furniture being damaged during transportation. Should you detect any damage or defect likes knocks, dent or cracks, inform us immediately at 03-58873151. We reserve the right to either recall the whole parcel for a complete replacement or replace in parts just so long as every damaged part in transit are replaced and the item(s) function 100% properly.

- use under roof covering NOT directly expose to external weather Warranty exclude:
- Normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents, color finishing consistency, color deterioration, hairline crack due to climate factor and under common usage, rough surface cause by wood fibre not due to workmanship.
- Product(s) that have been stored/assembled incorrectly, use inappropriately, abused, misuse, altered or cleaned with wrong cleaning method or wrong cleaning products.
- Consequential or incidental damages.
